Job Description:



Ron English is offering an ESL position in Incheon with a September start. The salary begins at ₩2.6 million and includes benefits such as provided housing or a housing allowance of 400,000 KRW per month. The school's philosophy is "Happy, Simple, English," emphasizing a supportive learning environment. Teachers will work with elementary to middle school students in small classes of 6-8. The curriculum is ready, and teachers will focus on lesson delivery, adapting materials, collaborating with colleagues, and reflecting on student progress.

The ideal candidate will have prior teaching experience in Korea and be comfortable teaching different age groups and levels. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:45 PM, with teaching hours from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The school provides 11 days of paid vacation in the first year and all Korean national holidays.
