What You'll Do:
Lead and support cycling tours from city rides to multi-day expeditions across Korea. Provide exceptional customer service to international travelers. Conduct bike fitting, maintenance, and repairs. Assist with tour logistics, guest communications, and safety management. Represent the WeRide brand with professionalism and local expertise. Create unforgettable travel experiences for guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in Korean
- Experienced cyclist with group-leading abilities
- Mechanical skills for bike repairs
- Customer-focused and organized
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Willingness to travel for multi-day tours
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Dutch)
- Previous experience in tourism or guiding
- Commercial driving experience
- First aid certification
