Job Description:

HEI Schools is an International School/Kindergarten for students aged 1.5 to 6 years. The pedagogy and curriculum are designed based on the latest research in early childhood education from co-founding partner, the University of Helsinki, aiming to enhance a child’s active participation, curiosity and creativity through play and exploration.

We are looking for two Early Childhood Education teachers experienced with children 18 months to 6 years old to join us at our school in Udon Thani. Two vacancies are available, with anticipated start dates of May 2026 and August 2026, respectively.
We are seeking professional educators who demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching, a commitment to continuous professional growth, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an international school environment.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Pedagogy or Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Early Childhood Education setting
• Native English Speakers preferred
• International work experience preferred
• Experience of working as a team leader preferred
