CIY Club School, located in Bangkok, is seeking a Foreign Coding Instructor to join our team at The Bright Rama 2. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging individual to work on a part-time basis. The position will commence in October 2026 and offers a monthly salary ranging from THB 20,000 to THB 30,000, depending on the candidate's experience. This opportunity is suitable for entry-level candidates, and those without prior teaching experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
The role involves working with children and teenagers aged 5 to 17, introducing them to technology, programming, and software development in a fun and accessible manner. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young learners, have an interest in technology, and be adept at creating a lively and positive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities include teaching engaging coding classes after school and on weekends, guiding students through interactive projects, games, and applications, and assisting them in developing their technical and creative skills. The instructor will also monitor individual student progress and communicate achievements and development with parents.
Training will cover all necessary technology and platforms, including Scratch for visual and block-based programming, Python, HTML, CSS, web development for text-based coding, Roblox and Lua for game development, and STEM-related activities involving robotics and other technologies.
Applicants should possess a good command of spoken and written English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should enjoy working with children and teenagers and be willing to learn new educational technologies and teaching methods.
