Job Description:

The Thai-Japanese Association School in Bangkok is currently seeking a Grade 5/6 English Teacher. Our school caters to nearly 2,500 Japanese students, making it the largest Japanese educational institution outside of Japan. We provide a structured, resourceful, and culturally enriched environment with excellent support and long-term stability.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary package (including allowances): 80,000–90,000 THB dependent on Japanese proficiency
- Annual completion bonus equivalent to 200% of one month’s salary
- Provident fund with a school match of up to 3%
- 40 days of paid vacation in addition to Thai public holidays
- Airfare provided for overseas hires and a 60,000 THB departure allowance for both local and overseas recruits
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Full support for visa and work permit

Responsibilities for the Grade 5/6 English Teacher include:
- Delivering engaging, student-focused English lessons
- Teaching integrated skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Planning lessons aligned with the school curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining academic records
- Participating in school events and activities
- Contributing to curriculum development

Required Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Valid teaching license or QTS (or Thai teaching license)
- Original academic documents required
- Clean criminal background check
