Job Description:

Greenacre International School in Surat Thani is seeking a qualified ICT Teacher for both Primary and Secondary levels. Our school, located on the picturesque island of Koh Samui, Thailand, is a Cambridge International School dedicated to providing high-quality education with a focus on engaging teaching and student wellbeing.

Position: ICT Teacher (Primary & Secondary)
Location: Koh Samui, Thailand
Salary: At least ฿40,000 per month (full-time)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the following essential criteria:

- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a closely related subject.
- A recognized teaching qualification (such as PGCE, B.Ed., PGDE, QTS, or international equivalent).
- At least two years of classroom teaching experience in an accredited school.
- Experience teaching ICT to Primary and/or Secondary students.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Exemplary classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- A commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.
- Ability to provide professional references and clear police/background checks.

Preferred candidates will have experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum, teaching coding, programming, robotics, or computer science, integrating technology across the curriculum, and prior international school experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Teaching ICT across Primary and Secondary levels.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students.
- Developing students' digital literacy, coding, computational thinking, and online safety skills.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the school's ICT offerings.
- Contributing actively to the school community.
