Job Description:

Windfield International School, located in Koh Samui, Surat Thani, is seeking a dedicated and experienced IGCSE Cambridge Sociology and Business Teacher for a full-time position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our vibrant international school community, delivering high-quality education in accordance with the Cambridge International (CIE) curriculum.

Position Details:
- Job Title: IGCSE Cambridge Sociology & Business Teacher
- Location: Koh Samui, Thailand
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Salary: At least ฿50,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Teach Cambridge IGCSE Sociology and Business to secondary students.
- Develop engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge CIE syllabuses and assessment objectives.
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE examinations using past papers, mark schemes, and assessment data.
- Provide ongoing assessment, feedback, and targeted academic support.
- Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behavior.
- Contribute to the development of the Secondary School and wider school community.
- Fulfill Homeroom Teacher duties to support student well-being and academic progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
- Engage in school meetings, professional development, and events.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge International/CIE curriculum and assessment.
- Experience in teaching IGCSE Sociology and/or Business is highly desirable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to plan differentiated lessons for diverse learning needs.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high educational standards.
- Willingness to engage in the wider school community and Homeroom responsibilities.
