Job Description:

I Can Read System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Literacy and EFL Teachers to join our team in Bangkok. We are a leading multinational organization specializing in English literacy and EFL education, with over 20 years of experience and more than 20 centers across Thailand. Our programs focus on teaching literacy, phonological skills, and general English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to small classes of up to 10 students aged 3 to 12 years. We provide comprehensive training, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

We are looking for native speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa. The ideal candidates should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours)
- Clear speech with a universally understandable accent
- Experience teaching or working with children

Full-Time Position:
- Work 5 days per week: 3 weekdays (13:00-19:00) and Saturday and Sunday (9:00-18:00)
- 24-month contract
- Gross salary starting from THB 48,000 per month
- Training and contract completion bonuses
- Visa and work permit reimbursement and application assistance
- Social Security and medical cover
- Ongoing professional development

Available Full-Time Locations:
- Bangkok Metropolitan Region: Crystal Park (Ladprao District), Mega Bangna, Fashion Island, The Paseo Ramkhamhaeng, The Walk Ratchaphruek
- Regional: Surin
- Full-time Relief Teacher (must be willing to travel around the Bangkok Metropolitan Region)

Part-Time Position:
- Work weekends (9:00-18:00) with a minimum of 4 teaching hours
- 24-month contract
- Competitive hourly rate up to THB 600, based on qualifications and teaching performance
- Annual bonus of THB 100 per class taught
- Training bonus

Available Part-Time Locations:
- Bangkok Metropolitan Region: Central Westgate (Sunday), Crystal Park (Saturday or Sunday), Future Park Rangsit (Saturday or Sunday)
- Part-time Relief Teacher (must be willing to travel around the Bangkok Metropolitan Region)
