Job Description:

TAIPEI - NEIHU DISTRICT - TUTORING SCHOOL
We are looking for experienced part-time and full-time English, Math, Science, Computer Science, and Humanities tutors to join our team! One-on-one tutoring only!
Location: Neihu (a 12-minute walk from Jiannan Road Station). Please note: All positions are in-person.
Our teachers come from international backgrounds, and we prioritize creating a welcoming space for both students and staff. We offer opportunities for long-term career growth.
What we are looking for:
At least one year of teaching experience
Familiarity with American or British school curriculums (a plus but not required)
Committed tutors who will be in Taiwan at least until June 2027, ideally longer
Work permit (ARC) sponsorship available
Compensation: NT$700–$1,000 per hour (depending on subject, level, and experience) OR a fixed monthly salary for full-time positions.
Flexible scheduling! We offer part-time (minimum 6 hours/week up to 20 hours/week) and full-time (30 up to 40 hours/week) positions.
When we need tutors the most:
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.


⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
