Job Description:

Middle school educators create an enriching learning environment, fostering personal growth and academic mastery in students. As a teacher, you will design lesson plans to cater to your students' interests and strengths, both inside and outside the classroom by possibly engaging in extracurricular activities like coaching sports or leading school clubs.

Responsibilities:

- Teach students in a classroom setting and manage their progress and behavior.

- Develop educational materials such as lesson plans, exams, and projects.

- Adapt lesson plans to suit students' learning levels.

- Monitor student advancement and assign grades.

- Maintain communication with parents to update them on their child's development.

- Collaborate with colleagues to provide personalized support to students.

- Ensure students meet academic standards and school objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification required.

- Completed coursework related to the subject you will teach.

- Previous supervised classroom experience.
