DIRECT HIRE Native English Teacher Position at dc4 Academy

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Native English Teacher for a full-time position starting in March 2026 in Pyeongchon. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, working with inquisitive students, and being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications:

- Native English speaker

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea

- Currently residing in Korea

We value individuals who prioritize creativity, critical thinking, and fostering strong connections with students.

Teaching Schedule:

- Mon & Fri: 2:30–9:50 PM

- Tue & Thu: 2:30–8:10 PM

- Wed: 2:30–7:20 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 2.8–3.6 million KRW/month (negotiable based on experience)

- Housing provided if needed (optional)

- Severance pay after 1-year contract

- 50/50 split on pension, health insurance, and occupational safety/health insurance

- Yearly paid vacation days increasing with tenure

- Flexible scheduling not limited to fixed seasonal breaks
