AAC (All About Children) is excited to announce an opening for a Native English Teacher at our premium English immersion early childhood Academy in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, starting in July 2026. Located conveniently in front of KTX Gwangmyeong Station, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our founding team.
[About the School]
AAC provides an English immersion early childhood center for children aged 5–7. Our environment is child-centered and activity-based, with an integrated curriculum that includes Literacy, Theme, Grapeseed, and Montessori-inspired practices. We emphasize collaborative team-teaching with bilingual co-teachers.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Lead English-based classes such as Literacy, Theme, and Story
- Support children's language and overall development through meaningful interaction
- Collaborate with bilingual co-teachers in team-teaching
- Participate in lesson planning, classroom preparation, and maintaining an engaging environment
- Engage in meetings, training sessions, and school events
[Position]
- Approximately 3–5 lead teaching sessions daily
- One after-school session included in the schedule
- Prep & planning time provided
- Grapeseed training offered
[Working Hours]
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with lunch break
[Salary]
- KRW 2.7 – 3.0 million/month, based on experience
- KRW 500,000 monthly housing allowance

[Requirements]
- Native English speaker
- Eligible for E-2 or F visa
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with apostilled degree and criminal background check
[Preferred Qualifications]
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Education
- Teaching credentials from U.S., Canada, U.K., etc.
Experience:
- Recent teaching experience in Korea with young children
- Familiarity with instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom
- Comfort with standard office software and educational technology
- Montessori or Grapeseed knowledge/experience preferred
- TESOL / TEFL certification welcomed
