Satit RTU International School is urgently seeking a Native English Speaker to fill the position of Early Years Main Teacher. This full-time role is based at our Cambridge-affiliated school in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand, and requires immediate commencement on 14th September 2026 due to an unforeseen vacancy.
As an Early Years Main Teacher, you will lead a class of up to 25 students with the support of two co-teachers. You will follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, utilize provided resources, and engage in professional development through pre-service training and termly evaluations. Optional after-school and weekend classes are available for extra compensation.
The successful candidate will be a native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa, with a Bachelor’s degree and recent experience in Early Years education. The position offers a competitive salary of 45,000 THB per month plus a 2,000 THB housing allowance. Additional benefits include a work permit, Non-B visa, school holidays, Social Security, and extra pay for weekend classes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with two consecutive days off per week. Our school offers a supportive environment with air-conditioned classrooms, sound systems, and a collaborative team.
