Position: NES Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
The Demonstration School of Lampang Rajabhat University is seeking a qualified Native English Speaker for a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher position in Lampang, Thailand. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to 37,000 THB per month.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver 15-20 hours of weekly lessons.
- Supervise and care for children throughout the school day, including morning assembly, lunch, and end-of-day preparation.
- Assist in planning and executing school-wide activities, such as sports days, holiday celebrations, and field trips.
- Work regular hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional meetings and events.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and weekly department meetings.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited university.
- Preferred: Teaching licenses or certificates (TESOL, TEFL, etc.) and previous teaching experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: 32,000-37,000 THB, depending on teaching experience.
- Additional pay for April summer courses.
- Social security contributions, providing healthcare at a nearby regional hospital.
- Assistance with visa and work permit applications.
- Housing assistance with rent ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 THB.
- 10 days of paid leave annually and sick leave with a doctor’s note.
