Homeroom Teacher for Kindergarten – Sila Christian School, Thailand
Location: Maehia District (near Chiang Mai Airport, Chiang Mai, Thailand)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Contract: 1-year, renewable
Sila Christian School is seeking a committed and passionate Christian teacher to join our growing community. As a newly established Full time bilingual school, we are dedicated to educating and caring for Thai students through Christian values. Our teaching team is a warm, family-like community, and our parents are highly satisfied and supportive, making our school a place of great promise.
We are looking for a teacher who can begin in December. Priority will be given to sincere, faith-based NES teachers. NNES teachers with strong pronunciation and valid TOEIC or TOEFL scores are also welcome to apply.

Position
• Full-Time Homeroom Teacher or Morning Homeroom Teacher
• Volunteer Option: 2 mornings per week (Visa support provided)

Key Responsibilities
• Implement the American Curriculum with Project-Based Learning.
• Understand the learning needs of Thai ESL students.
• Teach using strong storytelling skills.
• Incorporate hands-on, song-based teaching methods.
• Design assessments and use data to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Thai schools.
• Christian faith and a heart for serving children and families.

Benefits
• Salary:
o NES: 30,000–35,000 THB/month
o NNES: 20,000–25,000 THB/month
o Part-time positions may be lower.
