Native English Teacher (Grade 1–2)
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Native English Teacher to teach students in Grades 1–2. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that helps young learners develop their English communication skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English to Grade 1–2 students using interactive and age-appropriate methods.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development.
* Collaborate with Thai teachers and school staff to support student learning.
Qualifications:
* Native English speaker.
* Bachelor’s degree (Education or a related field preferred).
* Teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE) is an advantage.
* Experience teaching young learners is preferred.
* Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
**Starting date: immediately
Salary:
• A salary for a native English-speaking teacher with a Bachelor’s degree is 35,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 38,000 Baht and a Master’s degree is 37,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 40,000 Baht.
• European English-speaking teacher is 34,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 37,000 Baht and a Master’s degree is 36,000 + 3,000 Baht (housing allowance) = 39,000 Baht.
Note: 3-month probations are provided for all positions
