Julia Language Institute, located in the Da'an/Xinyi area, is currently seeking Part-Time and On-Call Substitute Teachers to join their team.
Established over 25 years ago, Julia Language Institute provides a creative, supportive, and professional learning environment where English teachers typically stay for 4-5 years.
The institute is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill two rewarding positions:
- Part-Time Afternoon Teachers: Lead engaging English classes for students ages 9-12 years old from Monday to Friday, 16:30 - 18:30 (10 hours/week).
- On-Call Substitute Teachers: Fill in for resident teachers as needed, offering a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 13:30-16:30 or 16:30-18:30.
Benefits include a fun and playful learning environment, curriculum support, small class sizes, resources, co-teachers, and a starting hourly pay of $700, including paid time off.
Ideal candidates should have a native English-speaking accent, be energetic and patient educators, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Experience and TESL/TESOL certification are preferred.
