Beyond Books Co., Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Freelance / Part-Time Coaches and Assistant Coaches for Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) in international and bilingual schools across Thailand. We specialize in life-skill-based programs, aiming to develop creativity, communication, critical thinking, confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship in young learners.
Location: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket
Job Title: Part-time Kindergarten / Primary / Secondary Coach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging courses using provided curriculum, lesson plans, and resources.
- Prepare required materials and review lesson plans before each class.
- Arrive at school at least 15 minutes before class (30 minutes for the first class of a new course).
- Maintain student attendance records and complete progress reports.
- Support students to achieve learning outcomes and ensure their safety and engagement.
- Escort students to the dismissal area after class.
- Communicate professionally with the Beyond Books management team.
- Participate in required training and professional development sessions.

- Nursery: Storytelling, Craft & Tell, Little Adventurers, Little Comic Creators, Little Astronauts
- Kindergarten: Creative Expression, Storytelling, Craft & Tell, Little Adventurers, Little Comic Creators, Little Astronauts
- Primary (Junior & Senior): Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Kidpreneur, Brand Builders, Graphic Design, Craft & Tell, Comic Creators, Junior Astronauts, Photography
- Secondary: Presentation Skills, Creative Writing, Entrepreneurship, Brand Builders, Graphic Design, AI & Me, Photography
Schedule & Commitment:
- Classes are in-person, lasting 40-60 minutes, mostly after school from 2:30 PM onwards.
- Courses run for approximately 8-12 weeks (one school term).
- Consistent teaching schedules per term; availability may be adjusted between terms.
Compensation:
- Coach: Starting at 1,000 THB per class.
- Assistant Coach: Starting at 500 THB per hour.
- Salary increments based on performance and service length.
- Travel allowance for schools beyond public transport access and additional support for non-central locations.
Qualifications:
- Coach: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, teaching experience, and fluent English.
- Assistant Coach: University students or recent graduates with experience and interest in education and child development, fluent English.
- Police clearance and valid visa for Thailand required.
