Kindergarten -Primary-Middle School ESL Teacher and High School Subject Teachers
Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning experiences with clearly established objectives using the provided textbook and learning materials
Participate in extracurricular events, social activities, and teacher departmental meetings as required by the center
Be familiar with and able to use relevant technology to support instruction and present lessons
Working Hours: <18 teaching hours per week
Student Age: 3-6/7-13/13-15/16-18
Start Date: September - December 2026 - February 2027

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Major: English / Education/ Matching subjects, relevant teaching experience
120 Hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification
Clean health/criminal background to obtain a Chinese work visa
Experience Requirements
1-3 years depending on qualifications (2 years preferred)
Monthly Salary
18K-25k RMB before tax (Social insurance included )for ESL position / 23-29K RMB before tax for Subject teaching
ESL Teachers (Kindergarten to Middle School): Inspire young learners through interactive, play-based lessons.(Monthly:$ 2600 - $ 3500/ month (Before Tax) with living costs around $1000-$1500/month in Tier 1 cities)
High School Subject Teachers: Teach specialized subjects (e.g., Science, Math, Literature) in English.(Monthly: $3500- $4000 with living costs around $1000-$1500/month in Tier 1 cities)
Compensation Breakdown & Other Benefits
Full Training Support (Interview preparation- Pre-job Training/Observation -Onsite Follow up) provided for free
Housing allowance (or school accommodation provided)
Flight reimbursement 5000-8000
Winter/Summer vacations with holiday pay
Holidays: fully paid 13 days of Chinese public holidays.
Chinese health insurance provided
Legal Z work visa sponsorship and application assistance
Free hotel during the first week after arrival with bank, phone, and apartment logistics assistance
Teaching/living support for the entire Contract
