Key Requirements
· Language Proficiency: Fluent English with clear, natural communication skills.
· Qualifications: Recognized EFL certification (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / DELTA).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in English or Education.
· Background: Clean criminal record.
· References: A strong recommendation letter from a previous employer.
· Experience: Teaching experience is preferred 2 years employment reference is required– we provide full training for the right candidates.
· Personal Attributes: Outgoing, energetic, patient, professional, and sociable. Must genuinely enjoy working with young learners and be ready for a meaningful challenge.

Teaching Schedule
Kindergarten Setting:
· Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
· Lead English classes and serve as a head teacher.
· Responsible for students' daily life and learning activities.
Training Center Setting:
· 1–2 weekdays off.
· Weekday schedule: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
· Weekend/Holiday schedule: 8:30/9:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM.
· Teach English to various age groups using a consistent, high-energy curriculum.
Teaching Load: 20 teaching hours per week with paid overtime available.
