Wonder Valley International School in Hat Yai, Songkhla, is seeking a qualified and experienced Upper Primary Mathematics and Science Teacher to join their team starting in July 2026. The school values teaching as a meaningful profession and seeks passionate educators dedicated to fostering children's growth and development.
The appointed teacher will instruct Mathematics and Science to upper primary students in small, vertically grouped classes, with approximately 15 students per class. The salary offered ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 Baht per month, based on the candidate’s educational background, teaching experience, and qualifications.
Wonder Valley International provides full support for visa processing and work permit arrangements in compliance with Thai labor laws. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Physics, or a closely related science field. A minimum of five years of direct teaching experience in Mathematics and Science at the upper primary level is required. Familiarity with the Cambridge or English National Curriculum is an advantage.
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate strong English proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5 or a TOEIC score of at least 870. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with integrated lessons, vertical group classrooms, and outdoor learning environments. They should also be flexible in teaching methods and workplace responsibilities.
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite, and various educational software, is essential. The school seeks enthusiastic, imaginative, and nurturing individuals who understand child development, enjoy working with children, and value nature-based education.
Teachers are expected to communicate effectively with parents, organize monthly parent-related activities, participate in school events, and contribute positively to the teaching team.
