Mooltripakdee International School, located in Chon Buri, is seeking an Upper Primary STEM Teacher specializing in Design Technology (DT) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at ฿80,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
- Develop and execute engaging instructional plans aligned with curricular outcomes.
- Tailor instruction to meet diverse student needs using child development and cognitive theory.
- Stay informed about current pedagogical trends and content-specific information resources.
- Integrate technology effectively into lesson plans.
- Collaborate on lesson and unit planning consistent with the school's curriculum, philosophy, and mission.
- Communicate with management about educational materials and resources.
- Participate in professional development activities.
Classroom Management:
- Foster a respectful, positive, and communicative classroom environment.
- Establish a learning-focused culture.
- Manage student behavior fairly, adhering to school policies.
- Implement effective routines for a structured learning environment.
Assessment:
- Use established criteria and standards in alignment with instructional goals for assessments.
- Clearly communicate assessment expectations to students and parents in advance.
- Encourage student progress and maintain accurate records of achievements.
- Utilize assessment for learning purposes.
Additional Expectations:
- Uphold the school's values and philosophy.
- Collaborate productively with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents.
