Job Description:

Oak Meadow International School Phuket is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a multifaceted role that makes a significant difference. The position involves responsibilities as a Whole School Counsellor, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Student Club Support.

As a Whole School Counsellor, you will provide individual and group counselling to support emotional, social, and academic wellbeing. You will promote mental health, resilience, and personal development, assisting students through challenges and transitions while working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

In the capacity of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will lead and manage safeguarding policies and procedures, act as the primary contact for child protection concerns, and provide guidance, training, and support to staff. You will ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.

For Student Club Support, you will plan and supervise student clubs and enrichment activities, encouraging leadership, creativity, and teamwork. You will help students develop interests beyond the classroom and foster a vibrant and inclusive school community.
