Teaching various foreign languages and the Korean language to foreign servicemen, KDLI boasts a diverse faculty dedicated to immersive language education. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and deliver English instruction in alignment with KDLI standards. - Develop lesson plans using varied teaching techniques to enhance students' communication skills. - Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records. - Adapt curriculum to cater to individual student needs and maintain classroom discipline. - Manage learning time effectively and oversee out-of-classroom activities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in an English-speaking country for non-Korean applicants. - Master's degree or higher with six years of residence experience for Korean applicants. - Preference for candidates with relevant advanced degrees, teaching certificates, teaching experience, military background, and published articles. Compensation: - Hourly Rate: 35,000 won per teaching hour, higher for outstanding instructors. - Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 10:30-15:20, Fri 08:30-12:30, tutoring hours 15:30-17:00. - Housing, vacation benefits, national pension, health insurance, and on-site facilities provided.
