Hiring a Native IELTS Instructor
Located in Gangnam Seoul, this job opportunity is offered by edm Global Campus, a part of the edm Education Group, a prominent overseas education consulting company in Korea. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS Speaking classes (online and offline)
- Provide one-on-one IELTS Speaking mock tests with detailed feedback
- Create and engage in IELTS-related YouTube content
- Offer IELTS Writing correction and feedback
- Guide IELTS students on learning strategies and academic progress
- Develop teaching materials for IELTS
- Take part in online lecture production and content creation
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker residing in Korea
- Eligible for full-time employment in Korea (F-series visa holders preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in teaching English to adult learners in Korea
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in student counseling and academic advising
- Experience teaching students of different proficiency levels
- Previous full-time work experience in Korea
- Preferably with IELTS teaching or test preparation experience
Workplace:
- edm Global Campus, 4thβ6th Floors, Jace Tower, Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
- Conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gangnam Station
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- 40 hours per week, with approximately 25 teaching hours
- Includes one to two evening classes per week
- Enrollment in major Korean social insurance programs
- Retirement benefits provided after one year of employment
- Annual paid leave as per Korean Labor Standards Act
