I enrolled in this course after seeing numerous reviews online, and thankfully I wasn't disappointed.
It wasn't as easy as I had expected, some of the lessons are pretty tricky to get your head around, but to be honest i'd say that's a good thing. For example, you don't want to be stood in front of a class trying to explain subject-verb agreements without practice beforehand.
For me, the course has been great, and i'd recommend it to anyone looking for an online TEFL certificate which actually helps you teach.

I did my TEFL training with Maria in July of 2012. Maria is one of the best teachers I have ever had, and I was inspired by her patience and willingness to share every bit of her knowledge with us. I've been teaching for four years now, and her example is still one that I look to as a goal! The school, the students, and the program as a whole were the perfect blend of adventure and instruction for me and I'm so happy that I did my TEFL program here. I'm still in contact with Maria and have been back to visit her since I graduated!

I have been taking the TEFLcourse on-line since January of 2010 and almost done with it.  I am working on my final project.  Overall, I highly recommend ITTO.  I have found the course to be interesting.  Much information has been given in regards to teaching strategies.  I have found my instructor to be most helpful.  I can totally rely on her with feedback.  Lesson Plan guidance is awesome!  I have been given feedback from the instructor and if ever I feel incertain I email her and she quickly responds and always sends suggestions, so that I may better improve myself. All the information I have received and seen is truly insightful.  I look forward to visiting ITTO in July as I will be taking my teacher practicum there.

I've done the 120-hour online TEFL course and I've been very happy with it. I've studied Languages and I have four years of teaching experience, thus the course did not surprise me with the level of difficulty. It took me only 2 weeks to complete it. 
Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed the units focused on teaching, class management etc. It was really nice to get back on track with all that knowledge after a 2-year break in teaching. I particularly liked writing lesson plans as the self-evaluation tasks. 
Moreover, whenever I had a problem, the reaction on the support center side was immediate and very helpful. ITTT provides you with a lot of additional materials and some nice surprises at the end of the course. That was definitely a pleasant and unexpected bonus. 
My only worry is the recognition given to this course. CELTA seems to be the first preference among all the employers and I will surely do it at some point in the future. However, TEFL from ITTT is a much cheaper option and it prepares you rather well to become a teacher, especially if you have previous teaching/linguistic preparation. It puts you on the ELT market and serves as and incentive to continue learning (CELTA next!).

It was a great experience for me, i learnt a lot from Mr.Ginger de ridder, he taught us everything about the city and he took us everywhere by himself. It was amazing customer service actually. 
The course is perfect we observed experienced teachers and learnt a lot and they observed us as well and i liked it. 
They helped me to know what i need exactly, my first class was really difficult but Mr.Ginger discussed it with me, he told me what i need to improve, and then things started to be easier. now i am working and if you are a beginner trust me you need Teaching Nomad. 
They provided us with all the useful information about the schools in shanghai and china i loved Teaching Nomad.

I actually can't really fault TEFL heaven. Right from the beginning you are told how great Thailand is AND the hard parts. 
You artfully prepared with what you need money and items wise. I was on Koh Kood and yes it was pretty boring as there wasn't much to do and there was scary thunder. But again tefl heaven told us that and actually it was a fairly unique experience which I am glad I had. Plus we went to Koh Chang a couple weekends so there is alternatives. 
When we first arrived they resort did not live up to expectations basic it was not. More like TEFL Hell with shacks over swamps but very quickly they changed us to far superior accommodation which went beyond our expectations. 
The trainers were fun and friendly and we learnt some thai. They told us what school would be like and they were fairly wrong but they also said every school was different. 
I had my 3 weeks on a paradise island and got a TEFL certificate and an awesome school can't be better than that.

It was a great experience: the course is well-structured and logical, tutors love their work, give you knowledge, support and inspiration. Everything was perfect! The Online format for teaching and studying wasn’t new for me, so it wasn’t a problem. We used Zoom to have calls and ActivInspire as interactive whiteboards – both are easy to use and it didn’t take much time to get used to them. The Online teaching practice was engaging both for students and future teachers. Despite being in different countries we bonded well and worked effectively. On the plus side is the opportunity to take the course in any school you want – for me it was a blessing as otherwise I wouldn’t be able to choose Bournemouth (Winton) and study there so easily. And I’m really happy that I chose the school! It allowed us to have a truly international group! The only disadvantage – we didn’t have a farewell party as it usually happens when everyone is at the centre. I highly recommend taking the course at Bournemouth (Winton) as the tutor can not only teach but also inspire!

My advice is to choose Greenheart Travel. The website is very straight forward, and any other question you may have, the staff is always open to answering them in a timely matter. While abroad, they reach out to you to make sure your program is going smoothly. It is very comforting to know that the person you were in contact with before your departure still connects with you during and even after your program. My host family was amazing! I also enjoyed trying new foods and experiencing a new culture.
