Hillside Collegiate Jr. is a prestigious international early childhood education institution, a prestigious international education institution, and the education targets 5-7 years old (PK, K, and G1). About 20 regional campuses are located across the country, including Seoul, Gwanggyo New Town, Songdo International City, Busan, and Ulsan.

Since it is an international educational institution, it organizes and operates curriculum maps including Learning Outcomes suitable for Korean children based on global standard educational standards and goals such as the Canadian government, CCSS, and AERO.

Under the educational motto of "Head, Hands and Heart, Passions and Potential," students are being educated to grow into practical subjects with autonomy and rationality on their own through various experiences, observations, and reflective thinking (Critical Thinking) according to the whole-person education curriculum, and teachers are leading the process through flexible curriculum operation and formative assessment that reflects individual differences in each student.
