Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced EAP professionals to join our academic team at an university in Changsha starting from Feb，2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach motivated university students within a structured Higher Education program.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Income: 18,000 RMB (Pre-tax)
Accommodation: On-campus private apartment provided
Paid Holidays:
Summer Vacation: 1 month
Winter Vacation: 1 Month (upon contract renewal).
Travel Allowance: 8,000 RMB per academic year (paid upon completion of the contract).
Visa Support: Full sponsorship for a Z Work Visa and Residence Permit.
Insurance: Commercial Health Insurance provided.
Job Description:
Subject: English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and general English.
Student Level: University students (Undergraduate).
Teaching Hours: No More than 24 periods per week (45 minutes per period).
Office Hours: 5 Hours per week
Requirements:
Nationality: Native English Speaker (Required for Work Visa regulations).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Master’s Degree preferred).
Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120 hours+) OR at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Clean Criminal Record Check.
A professional attitude with a passion for education.
