Position: English Teacher
Level: Kindergarten to IELTS
Location: Binh Duong and Ca Mau
I. JOB SUMMARY
The English Teacher is primarily responsible for planning, teaching, and evaluating the learning outcomes of students in accordance with the center's training curriculum. This position requires in-depth knowledge of language, modern pedagogical methods, and effective classroom management skills to ensure the highest standard of teaching quality.
II. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Master's degree in English Language, TESOL/TEFL, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 03 years of practical experience teaching English at reputable language centers, schools, or educational organizations.
Teaching Skills:
Solid understanding of modern teaching methodologies (e.g., Communicative Language Teaching, Task-Based Learning).
Ability to design creative and engaging lesson plans suitable for different student demographics (children, teenagers, adults, test preparation).
III. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching:
Conduct English courses as assigned by the center.
Prepare creative and engaging lesson plans, materials, and classroom activities.
Ensure students meet their learning objectives.
Assessment and Feedback:
Regularly assess student progress through tests and in-class activities.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
Offer support to students outside of class as needed.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and create a positive, friendly, and effective learning environment.
Utilize advanced classroom management techniques to encourage student participation.
Collaboration and Professional Development:
Participate in professional meetings and internal training sessions to enhance skills.
Contribute ideas for the development of curriculum and course materials.
Stay updated on the latest knowledge and trends in the field of English language education.
