Since its inception, Guangdong Pei Zheng College has distinguished itself through our practical approach to foreign language education. This is why all freshman and sophomore students are required to take oral English courses as part of their core curriculum. Our faculty consists of over 30 foreign teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds and countries. We are currently seeking passionate, responsible, and qualified teachers who share our enthusiasm for teaching English.
Nestled between lush mountains and serene lakes, our scenic campus is located in Huadu district of Guangzhou – heart of China’s Greater Bay Area. The college is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest metro station. On-campus housing provides a safe and convenient living environment for foreign teachers, while the affordable cost of living allows for greater savings and serves as an ideal base for exploring Asia. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers year-round activities such as hiking, fishing, and cycling, all amidst pristine natural surroundings.

*Salary, Benefits, and Perks*
Competitive salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers annual salary increase opportunities based on continuous employment (up to 3 years).
Offer Chinese holiday allowance as an extra benefit.
Workload: 22 teaching periods each week (1 teaching period =45 minutes).
Regular teaching outings and festival parties provided by the college.
Free use of on-campus facilities such as football pitch, badminton court, table-tennis court and dance studios and regular extra-curricular activities held by college. A fully equipped and fee-based gym and swimming pool are available.

*ESL Teacher’s Requirements*
Native English speaker. We are looking for foreign talents preferably from: U.K., U.S.A, Ireland, Australia, Canada , New Zealand and South Africa.
Bachelor's degree or above obtained from your home country.
At least 2 years teaching experience or has a teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
Understanding and an open-mind to the challenges of living and working in China.
Sound presentation skills and classroom management skills.
Under the age of 51.
