Job Description:
Join our vibrant community at Columbia English Language Program in Taipei! We are dedicated to providing top-notch language education for children aged 3 to 15. Our goal is to create an engaging and interactive learning environment where both students and teachers can excel together.
At our institute, we prioritize open communication and collaboration between our teaching staff. New teachers are supported with workshops to help them acclimate to their new role. We are currently seeking EFL teachers who are passionate about empowering students to become active learners in the classroom.
Our curriculum focuses on reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary. All first-year teachers undergo an in-house boot camp workshop to ensure they are well-prepared. Candidates already in Taiwan or planning to relocate soon are preferred. Face-to-face interviews and demos are mandatory, and a one-year commitment is required.
Additionally, we are looking for Montessori Phonics Teachers to work with students aged 4.5-6. This age group is considered a sensitive learning period, making it an ideal time to start language education. If you have a clear pronunciation, a love for guiding children, and a willingness to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply. Training in Montessori teaching methods will be provided.
