KOJEN English Centers, established by Kenneth Hou to meet the rising demand for English education in Taiwan during the 1980s, has grown into one of the most reputable English institutes in the country. Collaborating with English Language Services (ELS), KOJEN boasts around 1000 teachers and staff, operating across more than 40 branches in Taiwan.
Currently, there are openings in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Kaohsiung City. KOJEN provides an array of courses suitable for learners of all ages, from preschoolers to adults.
Using a student-centered teaching approach, KOJEN encourages teachers to guide students in exploring language choices, enabling them to enhance their linguistic sensitivity and use language with greater awareness.
KOJEN's comprehensive curriculum caters to both novice and experienced teachers, ensuring high-quality teaching standards. KOJEN offers competitive remuneration, with the possibility of earning up to NT$70,000 or more per month, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, they provide training, teaching materials, work permit assistance, airport pick-up, accommodation for the first week, health insurance, and incremental salary raises based on teaching hours.
To qualify, candidates need a bachelor's degree and a commitment of at least one year.
