Job Description:

Mae Fah Luang University, located in Chiang Rai, Thailand, is seeking Non-Thai General Education English Instructors for the academic year 2026 within the School of Liberal Arts (SoLA).

Qualifications:

For Native English Speakers:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- A TEFL/TESOL certificate with a minimum of 120 hours

For Non-Native English Speakers:
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Teaching English, Linguistics, English Literature, or Education
- A TEFL/TESOL certificate with a minimum of 120 hours
- A valid English proficiency test taken within the last 2 years with the following scores:
- IELTS: 6.5
- TOEFL iBT: 79
- TOEIC Listening + Reading: 800

Responsibilities:
- Teach General English courses to undergraduates for 18 hours per week
- Organize extracurricular activities to enhance students' English skills and motivation

Benefits:
- Salary of 26,000 THB per month (non-negotiable)
- Housing allowance of 4,000 THB per month
- Coverage of one-way travel expenses to Chiang Rai
- Accident and health insurance
- 20 days of paid annual leave plus paid semester breaks
