Are you a Native English Speaker looking for a leadership role in education? We are offering a negotiable salary with the potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
Duties include overseeing Math & Science teaching, promoting excellence in teaching and learning, and ensuring the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant. You will lead, support, and manage individual Heads of Subject, conduct performance reviews, and develop a culture of high expectations.
Qualifications required are a degree in an appropriate discipline, Qualified Teacher Status, and experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4. Desirable requirements include knowledge of Math and Science.
