Job Description:

The American School of Bangkok Green Valley, located in Samut Prakan, is seeking a dedicated High School Math Teacher. This full-time position offers a salary of at least ฿80,000 per month. As a Math Teacher, you will be instrumental in enhancing students' critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical fluency. Your responsibilities include designing engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, utilizing real-world applications, interactive activities, and technology to improve comprehension. Regular assessments are expected to monitor student progress and refine teaching methods as needed.

Collaboration with fellow educators is essential to create interdisciplinary connections and support students' academic and personal growth. Additionally, the school emphasizes mental practice, requiring all staff to engage in daily mindfulness and meditation for at least 15 minutes to aid in personal and professional development. The teaching load will not exceed 30 periods per week and includes courses such as Pre-AP Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus AB.
