Job Description:

Position: Secondary PBL Instructional Coach (English Native)

Salary: THB 60,000 per month (minimum)

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver weekly lessons, integrating core academics and project-based learning.

- Facilitate learner-centered projects with real-world applications and provide continuous mentoring.

- Maintain regular feedback with parents/guardians about learner progress.

- Utilize the LMS for curriculum planning, grading, documenting achievements, and tracking progress.

- Participate in professional learning communities to stay updated on education trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field.

- Background in child psychology, social & emotional learning, and coaching is preferred.

- Native English proficiency or IELTS score of 8.5 or above.

- Experience in project-based learning and hands-on learning pedagogy.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, growth mindset, and passion for educational innovation.

- Diligence, hard work, and commitment to a learner-centered approach to education.
