Tawan Sprouts, an initiative of Borderless360, is looking for a Teacher for mixed age early childhood programmes. Based in Thailand, Borderless360 focuses on empowering refugees through inclusive education.
Tawan Sprouts aims to provide a holistic and inclusive learning environment inspired by Steiner's Waldorf pedagogy. The organization supports refugees in obtaining basic education and certification while incorporating anthroposophical therapeutic approaches.
The ideal candidate should be aligned with Steiner's teachings, adaptable to local realities, and committed to the community's needs. Fluency in English is required, along with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for working with children. Prior experience with Waldorf curriculum is preferred but not essential.
The position is located in Bangkok, Thailand, with operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., five days a week. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and must be open to working in a multicultural environment.
