Job Description:

Saint Dominic School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated NES Secondary English Teacher for a full-time position, available for immediate start. Located in Central Bangkok, within walking distance of MRT Phetchaburi, this position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established Catholic institution renowned for its strong academic reputation and commitment to English language education.

The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa, currently residing in Thailand. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with teaching qualifications such as PGCE/PGCEi, BEd, MEd, CELTA, or TEFL/TESOL being strongly preferred. Previous experience teaching Mathematics and/or English at the primary level, as well as familiarity with phonics and literacy development, is advantageous.

Key responsibilities include teaching English and Mathematics at the primary level, preparing lesson plans, administering assessments, and maintaining an organized classroom environment. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 THB per month, with potential negotiation for candidates with exceptional qualifications. Benefits include a 12-month contract, paid holidays, a coffee allowance, accident and emergency insurance, and assistance with work permits and visas.

The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:40 to 16:45, with approximately 20 teaching periods per week.
