Part-Time Native English Teacher Position (Elementary)
Brain Builder Academy is seeking a native English teacher to join our team starting in May 2026. We are an innovative after-school program specializing in elementary-aged students, with a curriculum designed in-house. Our English program uses the McGraw Hill Open Court Phonics-Based Language Arts System.
Location: Luzhou District, New Taipei City, conveniently near the Luzhou Subway Stop.
Students: Our classes consist of elementary school-aged children, with no more than 10 students per class.
Schedule:
- Part-Time, Monday to Friday: Two shifts available, 12:00 pm–4:00 pm and 4:30 pm–8:00 pm.
- Part-Time, Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Teach the English portion of our core curriculum using McGraw Hill teaching materials.
- Assist with school pickups.
- Create an engaging and supportive English learning environment.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching young children.
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with kids.
Desirable:
- APRC holder.
- Experience with phonics.
- Strong grammar skills.
