Job Description:
Implement a dynamic curriculum that caters to the developmental needs of preschool children, emphasizing critical thinking, questioning, and emotional growth. Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where each child is encouraged to explore and learn. Engage children in creative learning experiences like play, music, arts, and hands-on activities. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom for an optimal learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and special activities. Continuously assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents. Use positive guidance techniques and maintain a secure environment for the children.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Creative and inspiring personality with dynamic lesson delivery.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with preschoolers.
- Ability to work well in a team and engage with parents.
Job Qualifications:
- Available to start in December 2024 or January 1, 2025.
- Singaporeans preferred.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 18 months to 6 years, and 7-12 years.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Thai is a bonus.
- Passion for working with children and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work 5 days a week with weekday off and weekend work required.
- Willingness to relocate to Thailand and work full-time at the center.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Education System.
