Job Description:

Lighthouse Education Phuket is currently looking for a Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our team starting on October 15th. We are located in Phuket and offer a competitive starting salary of at least ฿55,000 per month for full-time positions, with the potential for a higher package based on qualifications and experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Native English Teacher who is already residing in Thailand. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess a pleasant and cheerful personality, and be committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning and development for primary students.
- Develop and implement creative and interactive lesson plans to inspire and engage children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes cultural understanding and respect.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a well-rounded educational experience.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for growth.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality, with the ability to connect with and relate to young learners.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methods and styles.
- Flexibility in adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children to develop academic skills and a love of learning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience working in a school setting for 1-2 years.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Bachelor's degree in Education.

Benefits include paid holidays, lunch, and uniform. There is also an opportunity for supplemental income through after-school programs and activities. Working hours are from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
