Job Description:

Boarding:

- Initiate wake-up calls for students each morning.

- Escort students to school and dormitory.

- Perform routine checks of bedrooms in the morning and at random times.

- Facilitate various activities for students.

- Supervise study halls to ensure a productive environment.

- Keep information updated on RenWeb and communicate with relevant parties.

- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the dormitory including reporting maintenance issues, overseeing repairs, and managing inventory.

- Accompany students to the hospital when necessary.

- Report any academic or behavioral concerns regarding students.

- Share relevant information promptly with teammates.

General:

- Plan, organize, and lead dorm activities, including preparing budgets and schedules.

- Inform teammates about activity plans and schedules.

- Attend meetings and school events as required.

- Maintain open communication with students, teammates, parents, and administrators.

- Fulfill any other duties assigned by the administrator.

Expectations:

- Stay at the dormitory or assigned location during scheduled hours.

- Obtain verbal confirmation from the Supervisor before leaving during work hours.

- Utilize work time efficiently by initiating necessary tasks.

- Communicate in English while on duty and encourage students to do the same.

- Meet deadlines and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
