Join Our Team! Russian-English Teacher/Manager Wanted at Premium Kindergarten in Bang Tao We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher/Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading premium kindergarten.
In this dual role, you'll inspire young minds while ensuring smooth operational management. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Early Childhood Education, speak fluent Russian and English and have proven leadership skills, and a passion for nurturing a love of learning in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs.
- Lead and support teaching staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents to support student development and involve them in the learning process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Be familiar with the UK education system.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary between 30,000 and 50,000 THB, depending on qualifications and experience.
