Job Description:
Aksonesavanh Schools aims to prepare our country’s future leaders. To do so, we encourage multilingualism and multiculturalism, academic excellence, creativity and critical thinking. The role of the School Director is to oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the school to ensure the school’s continued growth, including supervising the teaching team, curriculum development, student management, and liaison with parents.
Key responsibilities include:
- leadership and strategic leadership
- promoting academic excellence
- recruitment and management of staff and teachers
- finance and resource management
- encouraging community engagement

Preferred qualifications:
- a degree in business, education or equivalent,
- proven experience in school leadership or project management,
- some experience as a classroom teacher and knowledge of educational policies, curriculum, and instructional practice,
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills,
- experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
