Job Description:

Contract term: 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or teacher’s license
• Clear criminal background check
• Two or more years teaching experience is a MUST
• ONLY CANDIDATES FROM THE USA, UK, CANADA, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & SOUTH AFRICA WILL BE CONSIDERED

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary including housing allowance: 18,800 RMB
• Afterschool classes at additional hourly rate
• Sponsored Z visa
• Full reimbursement of visa application costs - health check, authentication and notarization of qualifications, translations, visa fees etc.
• Up to 3,000 RMB flight reimbursement if entering China from abroad
• Up to 3,000 RMB exit flight allowance after contract completion
• One month bonus pay on completion of one year contract
• 10 weeks paid summer and winter vacation, plus all Chinese national holidays (no make-up days on Saturdays and Sundays)
• Free cafeteria lunch

Job Responsibilities:
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 | 20 teaching hours per week
• Planning and delivering English lessons to Grade 7 - Grade 11 students using the provided textbooks.
• Planning and executing continuous formative assessments of students.
• Assisting with school English activities
• Teaching English camps
