Responsibilities:
- Design and follow a complete teaching plan
- Teach alphabet, numeracy, personal, social, and emotional skills
- Organize learning material and resources
- Assess students' performance and progress regularly
- Maintain open communication with parents
- Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation
- Follow teaching standards and safety regulations
- Ensure safeguarding of children
- Cooperate with administration staff
Specific Qualifications:
- Proven teaching experience
- Excellent knowledge of child development and education theories
- Creative teaching abilities
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Patience and flexibility
General Requirements:
1. Possess a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education
2. Proficient in using computers for instruction
3. Applicants must be in Thailand for assessments
4. Valid criminal background check required
5. Provide two references for reference checks
6. Candidates will be asked safeguarding-related questions
