Teachers are expected to:

．Motivate student participation and self learning.
．Deliver ESL curriculum on schedule as provided by Head Teachers.
．Assess student progress according to standards provided by Head Teachers.
．Keep student attendance records.
．Keep and enter student grades into the school system.
．Attend regular weekly meetings
