Administrative Co-ordinator of the AISB Innovation Centre
The Australian International School of Bangkok, is seeking an Administrative coordinator to coordinate activities and to promote the STEAM learning that takes place within our Innovation Centre.
The successful applicant will need to have a strong interest in STEAM and enjoy working with teachers of Design, Media, Art, Science and Technology.
The successful applicant will have expertise at working with multi-media and Graphic Design as well as assisting with taking photographs and film.
The successful applicant will be skilled at displaying student work and learning cues so that the Innovation Centre is a vibrant, attractive learning space that showcases the work being done in classrooms.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ordering consumable materials for daily lesson use and will be aware of resource inventory. This will involve liaison with the specialist teachers within the Centre.
The successful applicant will play a central role in the day to day operation of the centre, including assisting with transport arrangements, students entering and exiting the centre and with setting up spaces for events and assemblies.
Other Essential Requirements
• Must have strong English speaking abilities
• Must be well organized
• Must be able to manage time and work without close supervision
• Must relate positively with students and treat them with respect and kindness
• Must have a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
