HR Manager (Full time)

Click English Networks is a private ESL school that focuses on developing students English speaking skills. It’s been in the business for 16 years up to present. The successful candidates selected for the above position will be assigned to work in one of a number of schools across that area. The teachers will instruct varied ability levels, depending on qualifications and previous experience. We provide assistance for working visa and working permit, annual bonus, job recognition, medical insurance, teacher's training with certificates, and salary satisfaction for the qualified teachers.
In connection to this, we just want to inform you that we are now hiring for

HR Manager

Location: 271/4 sathupradit road chongnonsee yannawa, Bangkok Thailand.
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 (based upon the qualifications and experiences)
Ages 30 – 35 years old
Graduated in bachelor degree of Human Resources Management or related fields.

Qualified manager should meet the followings qualifications

At least 1 year experience in recruitment and personnel management and possesses the following and specialized in
-Recruit teachers effectively and efficiently
-Supervise and instruct teachers to teach professionally and to follow the guideline of instructions for accomplishing the vision, mission and objectives of the company
-Manage teacher to teach students based on the schedule assignments
-Evaluate the teacher’s performance once for every semester
-Monitor the teachers for their schedules and find the sub teachers to replace the absent teachers appropriately.
-Recommend and monitor professional development.
-Train and supervise team members on company processes and policies.
