Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or above in the associated field of study
Suitable for E-2 visa conditions
Additional teaching certificate, education related degree, or CELTA, TESOL certificates
Prior teaching experience is desirable
Experience
Enthusiastic in building and contributing to global leadership program for middle school students
Experienced with online learning platforms and applying them in practice for student learning
Advanced organizational skills for planning unit plans, displaying class lessons, and applying self-reflection
Flexibility in the content area with Western education standards and Korean education standards
Establishes cooperative and collaborative working relationships with staff and students
Brings strong communication and interpersonal skills
[Conditions and Benefits]
Contract Period: 2025.03. ~ 2026.02. with an opportunity to re-sign a one-year or a two- year contract
22 teaching hours a week, with extra income opportunities through after school programs
Paid Summer or Winter Camp (Mandatory)
Cooperative work environment with both English-speaking and Korean-speaking teachers
Paid vacation (About 9 weeks for summer and winter vacation) and Korean national holidays(Sick leaves and special vacations provided separately)
Overtime pay provided and overnight trips paid separately
Competitive salary scale referenced to teaching experience. (With no work experience minimum ￦32,000,000 a year)
